Shop using Paypal  it's a faster, safer and a more convenient way to pay for goods. You as the customer can pay quickly and easily without disclosing financial information.

Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse through our shop and click on any items you wish to purchase and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished shopping, click on ‘check out’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order.

You may cancel your order within 28 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to you PayPal account within 30 days of cancelation. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, whilst keeping you informed throughout the process.

All orders that are shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us ‘uncalled for’ and who wish to have their items resent will be liable for paying the original postage cost again prior to the order being resent. If you cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Alternative ways you can order

If you are unsure about placing an order through our online shop, you are welcome to call us with your purchase instead. Please call us using the details on our contact page and we will be happy to assist you.

Alternatively you can place an order through our online shop and choose our ‘Pay by cheque or postal order’.  If you choose this payment method could you please print two copies of the receipt and return one copy with your payment. Your order will be posted after we have received payment from you.

Please make all postal and international money orders or cheques payable to ‘D Murray’. Postal payment will be accepted in UK Pound Sterling only.

Shipping and handling

Postage and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order. We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address.

All orders are posted by Royal mail at present.

Delivery Schedule

Please allow at least 2 working days for order processing and 28 days for delivery. However, most orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. If an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and given the choice of waiting, choosing another item of the same value or refunding the value of that part of your order.

We do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
