Positive ions can be found in our everyday environment. They are created by today’s modern environment; the examples below are to name but a few:

 

dust, pollen, odours, cigarette smoke, germs, bacteria, computers, television, computer printers, microwave ovens, air conditioning units, electric heaters, radios, stereos, mobile phones
